No prior notice required when employment is discontinued due to end of contract: Tripura HC

Tripura High Court  in Nandan Datta vs. State of Tripura WP(C) 614/2020, observed that the question of issuing any notice before putting an end to the tenure of employee’s service is not indicated in the service condition in the year 2002 when the employee got into service for the first time with the employer, therefore it cannot be said that employer has violated the principle of natural justice.
