Nitin Khindria has joined Omega Seiki Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of electric vehicles and clean energy solutions has been appointed as the new Head – Human Resources.
Before this appointment, Nitin was associated with Dalmia Biz Pvt. Ltd. as Corp. Head-HR.
ON this development Uday Narang, Chairman of the company said, “He brings over 24 years of experience in Business HR, HR management, organizational development, talent acquisition and HR digitization to his new role at Omega Seiki Pvt Ltd. He has a proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement and overall business success.”

Nitin is a seasoned HR professional with over 2 decades of experience in Corporate and Manufacturing Plant with 15000 + manpower to ensure learning, growth and sustainability. Led team of 70 direct and indirect team members. Rich Experience in handling people issues in multiple units and locations.
Nitin, a XLRI Alumni, has also been awarded with Topmost HR Leaders in North India 2023, The Great Induan CHRO Leader 2023, Top 50 CHRO 2023 and Top 20 L&D Visionary Leader 2023.
Nitin has also worked with Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, and FICCI.
