Ratan Engineering Bhiwadi bagged NHRDN MSME award for Best HR practices

Ratan Engineering Bhiwadi was awarded with “Vishesh Best HR Practices” at NHRDN National SME Summit held recently in Gurugram. Mahesh Agrawal, Head of HR & OD received the award on behalf of the company. While
speaking at the summit, Ram Prakash, Director of the company shared his vision and commitment to promoting HR policies that result in overall workplace happiness and increased productivity that create a competitive edge in
business.

Being MSME the company has taken many initiatives to improve the work culture, employee engagement, and Open communication with employees to resolve their issues transparently with empathy and compassion.

Mahesh Agrawal said that they have introduced HR Tools in the Organisation and practiced as and when required
concerning drive and talent development such as Job Enlargement, Job Enrichment, Job Shifting, and Job redesign despite all constraints being an MSME. The company is very sensitive towards gender issues and provides a safe and secure work environment for females. PoSH mechanism is in place to address effectively any such complaints.

The company focuses on Training in relevant skills, multi-skilling, and up-skilling, with the specific drive to “will to do” motivational programs, Assertive communication for better productivity resulting in just double
productivity, alongside regular training arranged for enhancement of skills of workers to achieve Zero rework
target.

The company believes in providing opportunities to get the skills transferred from senior employees to the new generation workforce by retaining the ageing workforce passing the skill benefits under special mentorship initiatives and working towards creating a flat and egalitarian organization.
