The National HRD Network (NHRDN) proudly inaugurated its Rewari-Alwar Chapter on June 22nd, 2024, at BML Munjal University in Dharuhera. This chapter aims to enhance HR knowledge dissemination across Rewari & Alwar district, involving a diverse range of professionals from both regions and beyond.
The event opening address was delivered by Prem Singh, National President of NHRDN and Group CHRO of JK Group. The launch event featured industry stalwarts emphasising the chapter’s role in fostering industry-academia collaboration. SY Siddiqui (Former Executive Advisor Maruti Suzuki India Ltd & Past President NHRDN) highlighted the importance of staying relevant with the BANI mindset, while Dr. Virendra P Singh (Chairmen Asia Coaching Network stressed seamless integration between industry and academia for mutual benefit. The New chapter batton was handed over to Dharm Rakshit (Head HR – Hero Motocorp) by Anurag Malik- President of Delhi NCR Chapter & Partner & India Leader People Consulting , EY, & he also extended wishes to the new chapter president. The new NHRDN Chapter will be Led by Dharm Rakshit who also extended thanks in his address to the National Leadership team of NHRDN for bestowing the trust in him.
The event included a vibrant panel discussion moderated by Tusharika Singh (Head- HR, Pind Balluchi), engaging leaders like Ratan Agrawal (CHRO- Moon Beverages) and Harbhajan Singh (Chief Strategy & HR, XLRI Delhi) alongside academic voices such as Dr. Prateek Mody (Dean School of Management, BML Munjal University) and Dr. Shruti Gupta (Associate Professor, Sri Vishwakarma Skill University). They explored themes like Industry & Academia collaboration for the future fit organisation.
The launch event witnessed cultural performances by school kids & an engaging network of HR professionals. The launch event graced by Renu Bohra, CHRO, NBC Bearing, Bhawna Batra Executive Director, S&P Global Anil Kaushik – Editor in Chief, Business Manager HR Magazine, Naveen Sharma Division Head – Honda 2 wheelers, Devinder Singh – CEO BML Munjal University, Ajmer Deshwal – Mfg HR Head, Dixon Technology, & many other senior HR professionals from the region.
