NHRDN Rewari – Alwar Chapter conducted program on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace in Hero MotoCorp, Dharuhera campus on 27th July 2024.
Chapter president Dharam Rakshit and Head HR, Hero MotoCorp, along with Dr. Sujita Khemka, Chairperson PoSH committee discussed various intricacies of the subject and practical issues with the help of live case studies and videos, thus making the session highly interactive.
Experts panel of Gaurav Maan, Founder of K2B Learning, Anil Kaushik, author of PoSH book and Corp. Advisor -HR, and Dr. Sujita Khemka PoSH Chairperson, Hero MotoCorp discussed the PoSH issues in light of the changing business environment and social context. Gaurav unfolded the complexities of PoSH Issues in the context of remote and hybrid working and changing dynamics of workplace, Anil Kaushik provided step-by-step guidelines for the IC members as to how to investigate the complaint primarily and conduct the inquiry. He also cautioned about the pitfalls. Dr. Sujita Khema educated the audience on the subject and said that the protection provided by statute to women should not be misused to settle personal scores.
Shilpi Suman, Pant Head HR of BD moderated the session. The Questions of participants were adequately answered by Experts Panel. HR professionals and IC members of nearby region participated in the program.
