DNA of Leadership program held in Delhi

DNA OF LEADERSHIP, a public program organized by Global Talent Company on 16th and 17th October 2023 at Radisson Blu Plaza, Delhi Airport, Delhi, India received an overwhelming support from the global organizations from different sectors. The two days experiential learning journey where participants had a chance to deep dive into leadership concepts and theories via practical experiences and case studies.

DK Bakshi as Program Director, Inn Narula, Thai Nationalas Co-Facilitator, Dr. Manisha Bose, Indian Nationalas Co-Facilitator with their expert facilitation enabled learning journey around various facets of leadership mantra i.e. Accountability & Ownership, Trust, Transparency & Togetherness, Leadership Communication and Mindfulness Coaching and drove participants through experiential learning with case studies, brainstorming sessions and group
exercises. The program was supported by NEXA, Suryadatta Group of Institutes and Coventry Coil-O-Matic. The program witnessedparticipants from organizations from Private Sector, Public Sector, Academia.

The program was inaugurated by Her Excellency Dr. Kiran Bedi, Chief Guest and Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Executive Director & Head, IndianOil Institute of Petroleum Management, Guest of Honour.

Her Excellency Dr. Kiran Bedi, Chief Guest said that in an organizational setting, Leaders must go out of way in order to support the colleagues and larger eco-system which is organization. Each individual leader must understand the roles and responsibilities of its own and find ways to excellence. We may have challenges when enabling the right ecosystem but without people support it would be tough to enable the strategic roadmap.

Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra was the Guest of Honour shared insights on the various facets of Leadership and focused on individual’s role in the organizational context as key enabler. He focused on identifying own Leadership Style as each one of have traits which we need to nurture and take action in order to enable the traits supporting our Leadership Style.

Participants witnessed the leadership transformation case studies of clients around the world.

DAY 2 of the program started with reflection from Day 1 and the program overview. This is the important day as participants have settled and have clear understanding about the upcoming ROADMAP.

Leadership concepts such as Seven E’s of Leadership, Customer Centricity & Customer Delight, Leadership Communication, Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Story Telling, GLOCAL Mindset & One Dream One Team were discussed and the simulations around these concepts were enabled in order create the experiences and ecosystem.

Mr. S.Y. Siddiqui, Former Executive Advisor, Board Member & Former COO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Mr. KS Bakshi– Group HR Head, Interglobe Enterprises, Lt. General A. K. Singh, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM (Retd.), Lt Governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Ex-General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command and Dr. Asha Bhandarker, Distinguished Professor of OB, IMI Delhi as guest speakers shared their individual experiences with DNA OF LEADERSHIP and their own leadership take towards enabling right ecosystem in the organization. The guest speakers guided participants as how important it is for leaders to take the right decisions and support their colleagues. As every individual has their own style of leadership, it is important to nurture those behaviors and traits which will not only make individual as successful leader but also support the organization’s larger goals.
