With all around 17+ years of experience in Human Resource (HR) from Hire to Retire, Neeraj Sharma has proven skills of managing Career, Work & Development systems of mid-size to large employee workforce enterprises. He has exposure to industry verticals of IT, BFSI, Telecom with services/product based clients and have managed global assignments in APAC & Americas Geo.
He is a subject Matter Expert of HR Process Mapping & Consulting, Organization design-change-management, Global Compensation Mapping, Workforce Planning, Competency Mapping.
Neeraj Sharma has also worked with CoreCard Software, Inc., Tata Communications, Wipro, and J.P. Morgan.
