Neelam Pillai joins Renault Group as Head HR

Neelam Pillai has joined Renault Group as Head HR.

She has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment Neelam was associated with Coesia Region India (SAARC) as HR Business Partner ( Country Head –HR) for about eight years.

With around 20 years of experience  as Human Resources Business Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry, Neelam is skilled in Deferred Compensation, HR Policies, Manufacturing, Labor Relations and Management.

Graduated from Newport University, Neelam is a strong human resources professional.

Neelam has  also worked with Lombardini India, A Kohler Co. and Fonderia Perucchini, Italy.
