He has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “ “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Casagrand Builder Private Limited!,”
Before this appointment, Nageshwar was associated with Runwal as Group Chief Human Resource Officer.
During his career span Nageshwar has demonstrated leadership qualities while managing the entire HR function of organisations and gained expertise in implementing innovative staffing strategies, compensation practices, performance management/ employee engagement programs, HR due diligence and integration during merger & acquisition, supporting high growth environment and managing downturns.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Nageshwar has also worked in leadership roles with organisations, including Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Jones Lang LaSalle, Oberoi Realty Limited, Deloitte, Puravankara Limited.
He holds a PG Diploma in PM & IR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
