Mitalee Dabral has recently joined as the Country HR Leader at Wayfair, a leading e-commerce company. She has confirmed this development through a social media post also.

Prior to this appointment, Mitalee was associated as the Vice President of Human Resources at ShareChat for about three years.Before joining at Wayfair, Mitaleetook ShareChat’s policies and compliance strategies at next level as the VP of HR.
A TISS alumnus and an HR professional with over 20 years of HR generalist experience in Human Resources across leading organisations in India Mitalee held diverse leadership responsibilities as a strategic HR Business Partner to support business agendas and create high performing HR teams. Her primary experience has been in Information Technology companies and startups in auto transport and social media segments.
Mitalee has also worked with AXISCADES, Ola, Accenture, Infosys and Patni Computers.
