Meenu Sharma has joined Devika Group as Group Head – HR & Administration.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Meenu Sharma was associated with Alphacorp as AGM – Human Resources.

Meenu Sharma is a people-Oriented person well-acquainted with Policy formulation, Building Corporate Strategies, Change Management, Employee Engagement & Excellent Negotiation skills. With 18 years of qualitative experience in HR & Administration, she has lead the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable.
Meenu Sharma has also worked with Adhyatm Sadhna Kendra, DPK Sports and Media, LISAA – L’Institut Supérieur des Arts Appliqués, Apeejay Stya University, Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Technology, and UPTEC.
