Meenu Chopra has elevated as Director Talent Acquisition at JLL India, JBS.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Meenu has been an integral part of JLL India since January 2020. She initially joined as the TA Lead (Director), where she led talent acquisition sourcing strategies, managed and trained the recruiting team, and developed strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. She played a pivotal role in increasing talent sourcing within the organization and measuring recruitment metrics to monitor performance.

Meenu is a HR & IR Professional with all around 16+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting, Recruitment Management, Headhunting, Niche Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI), Cross-functional Team Leadership, and Senior Stakeholder Management.
Meenu has also worked with Compass Group India, Flipkart.com, Confidential, Golder Associates Consulting India Private Limited, and HRTMS.
