Mayank Rautela has joined Apollo Hospitals as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Confirming this development through a social media post, Mayank said, “I am excited to share that I have embarked upon a new Career Journey as ‘Group Chief Human Resources Officer’ with Apollo Hospitals, an organisation with Unparalleled Legacy and Vision.”
Prior to this appointment Mayank was associated with CARE hospitals as Group CHRO for about three years.

With having around 23+ years of rich professional experience in Hospitality, healthcare and financial sector, Mayank in HR leadership roles has Lead teams and cross functional projects to drive Business strategy. Having international experience of heading HR in European Emerging Markets and Middle East, Mayank is Inclusion & Diversity enthusiast. He has lead Organisation Change Management and HR Transformation.
Mayank has also worked with BD life sciences, Tata Motor finance, Taj Hotels, Sitel, Tracmail India and Piramal Healthcare.
