Prior to this appointment, Manoj Mishra was associated with BetterPlace as Vice President & Group Head – HR.

Senior HR Professional with over 23+ years of experience in FMCG, HRC and retail, serving various big brands including Tata Retail, Future Group and Landmark Group, Manoj has enjoyed building and scaling startups and large organisations alike. During this tenure he has built sizable HR teams.
Manoj Mishra has also worked with Licious – Born to meat, Flipkart, Walmart, and Various Companies.
Manoj holds BSc in Biology from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) and PGDBM in Human Resources from LLAM.
