Manjul Tilak has joined Piramal Enterprises Limited (PEL), a leading healthcare company Head HR And Admin. where he will be responsible for shaping and driving the people’s agenda for the financial services business and will also be addressing HR priorities at the enterprise level.
Prior to this appointment Manjul was associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Senior Executive Vice President – HR for about seven years, where he looked after HR for Consumer Bank.

With over two decades of rich professional experience in HR, Manjul earlier also worked with Kotak Mahindra bank and , handled HR for Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking Group, Treasury and Risk functions, for close to six years.
Manjul has also worked with Living Media and Triveni Engineering.
