BB A hybrid work model is basically about blending in-person presence in the work location with the ability to work remotely. Given the changes in the world of work that have been brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, organisations have experienced first-hand that remote working is not an impediment to productivity and getting the job done. In fact, giving people the flexibility to toggle between all options is a great way to empower them to strike a balance and manage their priorities more effectively.
