Majid Ali Khan joins CMS IT Services as Head of Talent Acquisition

Majid Ali Khan has joined CMS IT Services as Head of Talent Acquisition.

He has confirmed this development to Business Manager.

Prior to this appointment, Majid was associated with Alorica Director HR & TA Head (India).

With over 19 years of extensive and progressive experience in HR, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Majid is a COPC HPMT and Chrysalis HRD certified professional who leads the talent attraction, talent acquisition and talent management needs at PAN India and global level. He has a proven track record of setting up and growing businesses in various industries and set-ups such as; Banking, Insurance and Financial Services (CIB, CB, Mortgage, Asset Mgt. etc.), Fintech, Consulting, Data and Analytics, E-Commerce, Retail, SaaS, Healthcare, Media & Ent., Captives, GCC, IT and ITES (BPM/BPS/BPO/CX), by catering to the talent and human capital needs.

As the Director HR & Talent Acquisition Leader at his past companies, he worked closely with the CXOs, business leaders and other senior stakeholders across the organization globally to build a high-performing, diverse, and innovative workforce that supports the company’s mission and vision.
