Mahesh has been associated with the Deepak Group Co. from last 4 years in different position and recently as Senior General Manager – HR. Currently heading Talent Management, Learning & Development and Organization Development initiatives.

Over the years, I have been associated with reputed industry leaders such as Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co, Atul Ltd, Adani Group, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, and JK Paper Ltd.
He has gained extensive exposure to multiple aspects of the function including HR strategic initiatives, leadership development, employee relations, talent acquisition & management while maintaining statutory & legal compliance.
