Magic Bus India Foundation appoints Madhulika Singh as CHRO

Magic Bus India Foundation, a non-profit organisation in the education and skilling space, has announced the appointment of Madhulika Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, she will oversee the human resources functions and lead the development and implementation of the organisation’s human resource strategy.

Prior to joining Magic Bus, she served as General Manager – Human Resources at WNS. Her professional journey includes pivotal roles at Concentrix, Vistra/Radius Corporate Solutions and Wipro BPS.

Singh brings with her 23 years of experience in HR, spanning diverse industries, including ITES, financial services, startups and the manufacturing and development sector. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of HR functions. This includes talent acquisition, HR strategy, talent engagement and development, performance management, organisational design, succession planning, mentoring, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, learning and development and HR shared services.

She holds a graduate degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College and a master’s in social work (HR) from Delhi School of Social Work.
