Madhukar V has joined Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd. as Vice President – Human Resources and administration.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Madhukar was actively engaged in his own founded Ameya Consortium, a HR consulting firm.

Madhukar is a versatile, passionate, and seasoned Human Resource Leader with three decades of experience and exposure to the entire gamut of HR functions cutting across industries & sectors. He is a champion in People-Management, Organisation restructuring, Strategic HRM, and mentoring driving the Business goals.
Madhukar has also worked with Intersnack Cashew India Private Limited, SPIC, Grupo Antolin India, LEITNER, CEVALogistics, Modine Thermal Systems, and Tata BlueScope Steel.
