In this role, Mayank will be responsible for driving the company’s human resources strategies, fostering a culture of growth and innovation, and ensuring the success and well-being of 1300+ M2Peers spread across 20+ International markets.
With an exceptional career spanning over two decades, Mayank Kapoor brings with him a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development. With a track record of designing and implementing strategic people initiatives, Mayank is poised to lead M2P Fintech’s efforts in attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and nurturing a collaborative work environment.
