Lloyd Infrastructure and Construction Limited has announced the onboarding of Dr. N Raju as the new Head of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HR & IR).

Bringing over 18 years of expertise, Dr. Raju is set to elevate the company’s human capital strategy and align it with our long-term business objectives.

In his new role, Dr. Raju will also spearhead industrial relations, a critical component of maintaining harmonious labour relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Their proven track record includes representing management in complex labour disputes, reducing organizational liabilities, and fostering positive workplace relations.
