Lenovo elevates Yogesh Singhania to the position of Global Head HR - Service Center

Lenovo has elevated Yogesh Singhania to the position of Global Head HR of Service Center effective from July 1st, 2024.

Confirming this development to Business Manager, Yogesh said, “This new role represents a significant milestone in my career, and I am eager to share this news with the broader HR community through your esteemed publication. As the Global Head of HR Service Center, I will be responsible for leading our global HR service delivery team, driving strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring the seamless operation of our HR services across all regions. This transition is a testament to Lenovo’s commitment to investing in and recognizing talent within the organization.”

Yogesh is associated with the organisation from last about nine years and is presently as Sr. Manager-HR Analytics.

Yogesh core competencies include data storytelling, analytical skills, reporting and analysis, and HR visualization. He has a strong background in SAP ABAP development, having obtained a certification from IBM India and worked as a developer for a year. He also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Yogesh is passionate about leveraging data and technology to enhance the human capital performance and potential of organizations.

He has also worked with Infosys and IBM Global Services.
