On the basis of this, leaders must create an execution plan and communicate to their teams. It is imperative that leaders quickly adapt and make effective decisions with conviction. Transparency in communication ensures that colleagues have a clear understanding of what is expected from them, eliminating the excess panic and chaos that a crisis situation usually garners. The trust and empathy towards employees play an important role here along with being able to provide all required health and safety materials and guidelines.
