He has successfully managed HR center of excellence roles, HR head roles for independent P&L businesses, and HR business partner roles for large functional setups, such as sales and marketing and Manufacturing. He has also worked across diverse geographies, such as India, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa, with leading Indian and multinational organizations, such as Marico, GSK, and TCS.
