Krishan Gaurav Shukla has joined Aarti Industries as HR Group Head (Zone 1). He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Krishan was associated as HR Operations Head /HRBP With JSW Steel for about two years.

An established HR professional with more than 18 years of impressive experience in managing the end-to-end systems of HR Generalist processes across Manufacturing locations and Corporate Offices, Krishan has gained expertise in ABG/UTCL HR policies & procedures; performed as the Business level Task Force member at HO for policies grievances and query resolution wherein designed & devised multiple unit level policies for employee benefits. He possesses extensive and in-depth knowledge of Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Talent Management and Learning & Development processes.
Krishan has also worked with UltraTech Cement for about 17 years.
