“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President HR (Lead Talent Acquisition Corporate Functions) at Kotak Mahindra Bank,”.
Prior to this appointment, Ketan Darji was associated with Axis Securities Limited as Talent Acquisition Lead & HR Business Partner for more than 4 years.

Ketan is a seasoned Senior Human Resources professional with 17+ years of well-wounded experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Selection, Staffing, Campus Hiring, Employer Branding, Mentoring, Coaching, Team Management and Vendor Management.
Ketan Darji holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development & Management from N L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research.
Ketan has also worked with Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited, Sahara India, Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, Angel Broking, Sharekhan Ltd. and HDFC BANK LTD.
