Kavitha AK has joinedRoyal Canin India division of Marsas Director- People & Organisation.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post writing, “I am excited to share that I have joined Mars as Director – of People & Organisation for the Royal Canin division in India. It gives me a lot of joy to work with a brand that I love and respect, and whose purpose is to create a #abetterworldforpets”.
Prior to this appointment, Kavitha was associated with Browser Stack as Senior Manager- HRBP for about two years.
With 14 years of professional experience, across market leaders in Tech SaaS, Health Care, Semiconductors and Information Technology, Kavitha has gained experience coaching business leaders for delivering on organisational priorities, leading large-scale organisation changes and leading collaborative HR teams to deliver on HR strategy.
Having master’s degree in HR from TISS, Kavitha has also worked with Alcon, Texas Instruments and Johnson & Johnson.
