Jovina Priyanka Madtha has joined JoulestoWatts Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Global Head HR.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Jovina Priyanka Madtha was associated with UnitedHealth Group as Director – Human Capital for about 9 years.
Jovina Priyanka has over 25 plus years of experience, of which 18 years in Leadership Roles, spanning Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication, IT and Health Care sectors. She has gained experience in designing and implementing large scale initiatives with sustainable practices fueling growth and change, establishing HR COE’s in organizations with focus on people and process transformation to scale up operations. She has extensively collaborated with leaders in defining structures, enabling organization growth and reduction, driving mergers and acquisitions, developing policies and programs to enable cost arbitrage and Business effectiveness.
Jovina Priyanka has also worked with Infosys, Aircel Limited, Aztecsoft Ltd. and Strides Arcolab Limited.
