He is skilled in HR Strategy Planning, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management (Potential Evaluation & Succession Planning), Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Retention, Client Engagements (Stakeholders/Business), Induction and On boarding, Capability Building, and Employee Relation.
