Jignesh Parmar has joined Neogen Chemicals Limited as General Manager -HR & Admin.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Jignesh Parmar was associated with Vardhman Acrylics Limited as AVP – HR & Administration for about 7.7 years.

With around 27+ years of rich professional experience in Human Resource Management and out of it 10 years of experience at leadership position with manufacturing and service industries, manufacturing & service (Health care) industries with companies into pesticides, chemical, agro chemical, auto component & Hospital & Healthcare.
He has experience working in matrix organization, leading cross functional teams, motivating and driving people, managing various stakeholders, corporate programs and change management. Have ability, knowledge and skills to take interim and full charge of various cross functional role.
Jignesh has Master in Labour welfare (MLW -1995) and M.HRD (part time 2001) and a Graduate in Science (Chemistry – 1993) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.
Jignesh has also worked with Narayana Multi-specialty Hospital, The Gujarat Cancer Society Medical College, Hospital & Research centre, Sterling Addlife India Limited, Wockhardt Hospitals, Standard Radiators Pvt. Ltd., Transmetal (India) Pvt. Ltd. and UPL Limited.
