Prior to this appointment she practiced as ACSTH Certified Coach for about three years.

She gained Incisive experience in Strategic workforce planning & integrated talent management, transformation and development with honed skills in sourcing the best talent from diverse sources along with other corporate HR related functions; viz. on-boarding, induction, onsite inclusivity, advancement planning, communication calendars, Union management and etc.
She also worked with Huhtamaki, Navin Fluorine, AstraZeneca, PI Industries, S and P Foundation, Citi and Siemens.
