A very senior HR professional with more than 28 years of experience in the entire spectrum of Human Resource Management in the services sector (Agri & Food services, Apparel Retail, BPO, Business Services, E-Commerce, Hospitality & IT), Total Quality Management implementation (Tata Business Excellence Model, PCMM) and IT Application implementation (SAP-HR, Oracle HRMS, Intranet applications), Jays worked with start-ups, a large & mature organisation and new venture of a large conglomerate and hence exposure to processes at varied levels of maturity.
He has worked with Quess Corp, Cleartrip.com, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, MindTree and Taj Hotels.
