Janesh K has started a new position as VP-Group Corporate HR at RP Sanjiv Goenka Group.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
He will be responsible for Spearheading HR Excellence initiatives, including Assessment and Capability Building, Leadership Development Academy, CXO Talent Management, Succession Planning, building the CXO pipeline at the Group Level, and Designing and Implementing strategic HR programs to enhance Group effectiveness and driving talent development.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources across various industries including Fin-Tech, Pharma, Sales, R&D, and FMCG, Janesh joined the group in 2020, previously discharging the responsibilities as CHROat RP-SG FMCG.
Janesh has also worked with Abbott, JSW Steel, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Airtel, among others.
