We are thrilled to announce that Jacob John Paul has joined InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort as the Director of Human Resources through the “Room to Grow” program. Jacob is well-known within IHG Hotels and Resorts, having previously spearheaded people strategies at Crowne Plaza, Chennai, as the Director of Human Resources.
Over his 2+ years with IHG, he has made substantial contributions to the hotel’s success. Jacob’s journey in the hospitality industry commenced after he completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Thangavelu Engineering College. He has consistently prioritized instilling IHG’s culture of high performance and recognition. Outside of work, Jacob is passionate about driving, and dancing is a cherished hobby.
