InsuranceDekho (ID), the leading Indian Insurtech, has bolstered its senior leadership team by appointing Divya Mohan as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Divya’s expertise lies in change management, developing & managing a diverse workforce, leadership development, organization effectiveness, and total rewards.
In her current role, Divya will spearhead human resources (HR) at InsuranceDekho, and build the people function to effectively support the overall business plan and growth of InsuranceDekho.

With more than 16 years of experience across large and diversified conglomerates as well as new-age startups, Divya brings with her a wealth of experience in the people function. Divya’s illustrious career boasts of key roles at renowned companies like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, VLCC Healthcare, Volvo-Eicher commercial vehicles, and OYO. She was last associated as Sr. Director – People Experience with Innovaccer Analytics, a leading health tech firm based out of San Francisco, US. Divya is passionate about leadership development and is a certified trainer and an executive coach with several years of experience behind her.
