Innoterra, a Swiss-Indian food and technology Platform Company, announced the appointment of Raj K. Mallavarapu as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Raj will be based in Mumbai and lead Innoterra’s Human Resources divisions globally.
Equipped with over 18 years of experience at the intersection of talent and transformation, Raj has held leadership positions in HR, Business Strategy & Digital Transformation in Fortune 500 companies including Saint-Gobain Group, Monsanto Company and Bayer AG. Raj’s diverse experience has helped him develop expertise in partnering with executive teams to enable transformation, creating people strategies, driving integrated talent management, and building a dynamic work culture that champions inclusion and diversity.

Raj holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Andhra University. He has additionally completed senior executive programs on Digital Transformation & Business Analytics from IMD Business School, Switzerland.
