Sushanth Tharappan will be new HR Head of Infosys replacing Richard Lobo the current head of Human Resources at the company.
As per media reports. Sushanth’s responsibilities will include succession planning and executive development.
Tharappan has been the head of Infosys’ leadership institute since 2019, and according to his LinkedIn profile, he is responsible for succession planning and executive development.

Lobo, who has been in the company since last more than 22 years and Executive Vice President & Head HR since last more than six years , will move on to a special projects team under Chief Executive Officer Salil Parekh, sources said.
Shushanth has been a part of Infosys since 2000 and held various positions at the company, such as Global Head for Talent Acquisition, Head of HR for Products, Platforms, and Solutions, and Chief People Officer at Edgeverve, etc.
Earlier this year, Shaji Mathew took over as the global head of Human Resources at the company. Mathew replaced Krish Shankar who retired in March.
