JS Work overload pressure is a common issue in today’s workplace, affecting many employees across various industries. In my view factors Contributing to Work Overload Pressure are 1. Increased workload and responsibilities, 2. Limited staffing and resources, 3. Tight deadlines and high expectations, 4. Poor time management and prioritization, 5. Technological advancements (e.g., constant emails, notifications), 6. Changing work environments (e.g., remote work, flexible hours), 7. Lack of control and autonomy, 8. Poor communication and feedback, 9. Organisational changes and restructuring and unclear expectations and roles.

It is observed that Millennials and Gen Z, working parents and caregivers, Low-income and entry-level employees, Managers and supervisors, and Employees with disabilities or chronic health conditions suffer most from overwork load and the consequences can be 1.
