What are the factors that help define/decode the work culture?

KV I share insights into the top three factors based on my experience.

The first and foremost being the Leadership Style, and this applies to all sort of industries and all sort of organisations. The behaviour and approach of leaders greatly influence the culture. This includes their communication style, decision-making processes, and how they interact with employees. I lead the HR Centres of Excellence for Arcolab and in the context of our industry which is Global Capability Centres (GCCs) – I believe this is utmost importance not only at the leadership level but also at the process leads levels. In GCCs because of the nature of work and the service-oriented processes, Leadership and Employee Empowerment is one of the critical factors.
