How do you visualize the future of HR in Indian as well as global context?

TM If I do some crystal gazing across India and the Globe I see “Change”, “Retraining”, “Re-skilling” emerge in bold, across all domains of Human Resources. This means that as a function the way we in HR, have done things will undergo a sea change and we as professionals need to embrace that change instead of fighting it. This will mean changes in processes, which we have been used to all these years and the way we have dealt with our employees and stakeholders. Along with this will mean a change in policies and putting frameworks in place which will respond, reciprocate to those changes. They will have a response if not an answer to cope with the changing times. We will have to be agile in our reaction, now what do I mean by that it means that just as we did not know what COVID was but didn’t have the luxury or time to learn, we just had to pick up and run with all the resources and knowledge that we had.
