It is so interesting to know what you do as a creator of HR Bandit. Please share how it all started, what is behind the story of HR Bandit, and how you generate the fun-filled conversation in the complex and tangled workplace dynamics of the modern era?

AP HR Bandit is my current favourite child, so I am glad you asked. I have been creating HR related content for about 10 years now. I started my blog in my second year as an HR professional. It was created as a record of thoughts and experiences. I’ve always enjoyed writing so it felt natural to combine the two things I was most enthusiastic about. I wasn’t sure how many people would find and read it but over the years, the blog gave me the chance to be associated with organisations such as SHRM and NHRDN. In 2020, right after I moved to Dublin, Rajita Singh, who’s the sponsor for the podcast, reached out to me to explore creating content for NHRDN.
