HR and leadership need humane operations
Emotions will continue to run high for several quarter to come. Workplace positivity was never more important than this. Leaders and HR need to have rapid ways of connecting with people. Whatever needs to be done has to be explained without stress.

During covid pandemic turmoil, most people have been through isolation, depression and anxiety, which are certainly going to reflect in their work attitude. How HR should address this challenge?

SKC A unique challenge: The COVID crisis has brought a unique challenge for organizations. Some are grave negative impacts,and some are positive outcomes as observed. I would call them: a Green Zone and a Red Zone.

The Green Zone is people not having to travel, getting more family time & parenting time, eating home food, focus on health etc. because of the time that they saved by staying at home. Ultimately, these are improving the focus, energy and productivity of most individuals, while delivering life benefits.
