Prior to this appointment, Meena Kumari was associated with Airmeet as Senior Director Human Resources for about 2 years. Airmeet is an all-in-one platform for communities & organizations to host interactive & immersive events, meetups & workshops online with a redefined networking experience.

As HR professional, Meena with over 15 years’ experience mostly working in technology companies/Product/Saas Startups, she has areas of expertise include building and developing a fully remote/globally distributed team. Instrumental in creating cultures of collaboration, and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.
She has also worked with Circles.Life, Capillary Technologies, CoreEL Technologies and Consero Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.
