An accomplished business-driven HR professional with over twenty years of experience spanning across FMCG, Hospitality, and Retail sectors, Himadri gained wide experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee & Industrial Relations, Himadri is highly acknowledged for establishing and strengthening sound HR policies and processes.

In the year 2016, he was recognized as top 5 HR person of the year by Hotelier India. Besides, he won multiple awards and accolades including 100 HR Super Achievers (India) award for three years in a row from 2018 to 2020. His other notable accolades includes PepsiCo India HR Excellence Award, Hilton Worldwide Travel with Purpose award for CSR initiatives, Domino’s Pizza HR Gold Award and HR Excellence Award in Asian Paints. Based on his real-life HR experiences, he also authored a book named “Life of an HR”.
Himadri started his career with Asian Paints Ltd and subsequently worked with various Indian and multi-national organizations like PepsiCo, The Oberoi Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, and Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. (Domino’s Pizza) in various leadership roles.
