Hemlata Goel has joined Whirlpool Corporation as Director – Global Back Office (GBO) & Asia HR Operations.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Hemlata Goel was associated with Axtria – Ingenious Insights as Director- Global Shared Services & HR Transformation for about 1 year.

Hemlata is a HR Leader with 20+ years of diverse HR experience in devising as well as managing end-to-end HR strategies, H2R life cycle and processes. While she has worked in a breadth of areas, she has deep expertise into HR Integration during mergers & acquisitions, partnering business turnarounds, HR Analytics, Shared Services, Coaching, client management and talent acquisition, driven region wide CSR initiatives.
She has led and managed the HR for varied COEs: Commercial, Research & Analytics, Healthcare, Finance Shared Services, IT Back office spanning headcount from 800 to 3000; managed global HR transformation for HRMS Platforms: Success Factors, Workday, Sage, Service Now Ticketing.
She has also worked with Alcon, BFG Corporation, WNS Global Services, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) and Toluna.
