Prior to this appointment, Harsh Aparanji was associated with DXC Technology as Global HR Director (Manager Enablement, Performance & Rewards) for about 2 years.

Harsh around 24+ years of rich professional experience in Human Resource Management, Strategic HRBP, Leadership Development, Talent Strategy, Performance & Total Rewards, Labour Relations. He has lived and worked in Dubai for 10+ years supporting businesses across APAC, EMEA and Americas. Partners with CXO level and Leads diverse HR team to enable Talent, Engagement, Leadership Development, Teamwork and Results.
Harsh has been closely involved in driving business transformation and change management initiatives. He has led M&A activities to integrate culture, policies, and processes for acquisitions.
Harsh Aparanji has also worked with Honeywell and Colgate Palmolive.
