Prior to this appointment, Hardip Baria was associated with IBCC Industries, Inc. as Head of Human Resources & Administration.

His strengths lie in talent strategy, performance management, cross-cultural collaboration, mergers and acquisitions, and senior leader relationship management, with a proven track record of implementing HR projects across different geographies and functions.
Hardip has also worked with Gujarat Gas Limited, Gujarat Gas Company Limited (BG Group), Essar Energy : Essar Oil & Gas, Uttam Galva Steel Ltd., and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals.
