Prior to this appointment Gurmeet was associated with National Commodities Management Services Limited( a Fairfax Group Company) as Group CHRO for about four years.
With having 22 years of rich professional experience, Gurmeet is a business-oriented HR leader who has shaped high-performing cultures at Fortune 500, Indian brands, and major Startups by institutionalizing progressive HR Interventions, productive communications, employer brand building, robust leadership hiring, executive coaching, leadership development interventions, employee experience programs, and succession planning.
