In the span of her career, she has built organization capabilities across geographies (PAN India & USA), & culture in multiple areas of talent management including talent acquisition, employee integration & retention, HR business partnership, performance management, HR operations & driven critical strategic projects, leading people & policy framework implementations to the last mile, having left a strong impact on business growth, employee satisfaction & retention.
